1. Are all rugs shown in this website are hand knotted ?

Yes, all the rugs display in the website are hand knotted.

2. How accurate the colors of rug image shown here ?

We take the image of hand knotted carpet in day light ,so that the carpet show there Original colors. Please note that as the actual colors you see really depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be Completely accurate. Remember if you are unhappy with rug for any reason, please tell As soon as passible, but before 6 days after receiving the goods.

3. Is my personal information Secure ?

Yes,We maintain the confidential personal information so that the personal information cannot be used for any unauthorized purpose. The personal information include following Elements: (i) Home Address (ii) Credit / Debit Card Information (iii) Email Address. These following information should only be disclose under confidential agreements between our courier companies like (UPS, DHL & FEDEX) only for the delivery Purpose.

4. What method of Payment Rug Interior Gallery accept ?

Send us email with your purchase order and your payment, common practice are cash on Delivery and payment via western union which are normally entertained. E-mail at: info@worldlinktrader.com, Bank Transfer: Simply send us a bank transfer with the amount. Once we received the credit we will Proceed to dispatch the goods. Please mail us the rug which you want to purchase so that we will tell you the bank transfer details through e-mail.

8. How long it will take for my rug to arrive ?

The carpet should be delivered to your given address, after receiving the funds, and the goods will be dispatch within 5 to 8 days. The Shipping and tracking Number information will be provided to you through E-mail at: info@worldlinktrader.com

9. If I buy more than one rug am I eligible for a volume discount ?

Yes, we will give discount to those customer who purchase more than one carpets.

10. How are rug Packed ?

We take great care with our packaging, each rug is carefully packed.

11. Is my rug insured during the shipment ?

We take extra care while shipping your rugs. That is why we go one step ahead of others paying extra fees to insure your rug(s) during the course of delivery. We take these precautionary measures to save you from the hassles if something bad happens to your rug during the delivery. That’s why we say ‘we care for your rug!’.
